Exceptional service at a lovely retreat

The staff here truly make your stay memorable. From the welcoming check-in to personalized greetings, they go out of their way to ensure comfort. The convenient metro access outside the hotel made exploring Istanbul effortless.

One minor setback was the thin walls. I occasionally overheard sounds from neighboring rooms. while the executive lounge was pleasant, I missed the scenic views from previous visits.

The room was spacious with a nice view, but the pool felt cramped.

The breakfast was a delightful spread featuring fresh fruits and an impressive array of pastries that truly set the tone for the day ahead.

Parking was a bit challenging at times, particularly during peak hours, making it inconvenient to find a spot.

The Deluxe Twin Room delivered a spacious stay, providing ample room for a family. The hotel’s location right next to major shopping areas made it convenient for getting around and enjoying activities nearby.

The walls in the hotel are a bit too thin, so sounds from neighboring rooms can sneak in, disturbing the peace at inconvenient times. The swimming pool felt cramped. it didn’t provide a real swimming experience, and the jacuzzi was overwhelmed during peak times. The lack of towels at the spa and a rushed atmosphere in the breakfast area added to the stress of the stay, making it not as relaxing as hoped.

I had a lovely stay at Sheraton Istanbul Levent. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful spread, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and delightful pastries.

the location of the hotel is perfect, really close to 4. Levent metro station and lots of malls and restaurants. staff were super welcoming and helpful, check-in was a breeze. housekeeping did a nice job and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the room was comfy with soundproof windows, making for great sleep. loved the gym and spa facilities, they were top-notch.

only thing was the parking was kinda tricky and sometimes it got a bit noisy from the hallway.

Great location and comfy stay

I stayed for 4 nights in a deluxe room. the hotel is perfectly located by the metro, making getting around super easy. the staff were really friendly, and I loved the lively happy hour with live music! the only thing was breakfast felt a bit basic compared to other meals served.

the staff's english could be hard to understand (frustrating! ). however, the location was perfect, the swimming pool was refreshing, and the breakfast had such a diverse selection! !

Great location near the metro. Wifi was slow and parking was limited.

The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and comfy, with stylish lighting that made it feel modern. The bed was great for a good night's sleep, and I loved the panoramic city view! Just a bit of noise from doors closing in the hallway, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. Oh, and the location by the metro was perfect for exploring the city!
